Procurement Specialist

Dazhong Chemical Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is seeking a diligent and skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in Shanghai. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong command of English and 1-2 years of relevant experience in procurement operations, particularly involving international suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Issue domestic and international purchase orders and manage day-to-day communications with suppliers.
• Facilitate communication and interaction during visits from international suppliers.
• Execute purchase orders and contracts, ensuring adherence to established procurement processes.
• Responsible for the creation and confirmation of purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and tracking delivery dates.
• Implement and refine cost reduction and control initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Proficiency in English (CET-4 or CET-6 equivalent required), with strong reading, writing, and fluent speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Work Schedule:

• 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
• Weekends off.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: CNY 8,000 – 9,500.
• Comprehensive social insurance and housing provident fund contributions (五险一金).

岗位职责：

• 国内外采购订单下达及日常事宜沟通，国外供应商来访时沟通交流；
• 执行采购订单和采购合同，落实具体采购流程；
• 负责采购订单制作、确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期；
• 执行并完善成本降低及控制方案;

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，1-2年相关工作经验，英语四六级，读写说流利，沟通能力强。

工作时间：

09:00 – 17:00，周末双休。

薪资福利：

月薪8000-9500元，缴纳五险一金。
