Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic development and expansion of the “China Junior Reporter Project” across various counties, districts, cities, and banners nationwide.
• Drive the establishment and growth of partnerships, securing funding and resources to support project objectives.
• Oversee the operational launch and scaling of the project in new regions.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and execution strategies for market penetration and sustainable growth.
• Recruit, train, and manage local teams, ensuring high standards of project implementation and engagement.
• Represent the project in high-level negotiations and public engagements.
• Continuously monitor market trends and project performance, adapting strategies to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Proven entrepreneurial spirit with experience in building projects or businesses from inception (0-1 experience).
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to secure funding or possess existing funding resources.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A passion for youth development, media education, or social enterprise.
• While not strictly required, experience in education, media, or community development fields is highly advantageous.
