Mold Production Manager – Automotive Electronics Precision Injection Molding

Salary Range: 18,000 – 25,000 RMB per month (14 months)

Location: Yueqing City, Wenzhou

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume comprehensive responsibility for the management of the mold manufacturing department, encompassing operations related to EDM, wire EDM, machining centers, optical profile grinders, and jig grinders.
• Actively participate in feasibility analysis meetings prior to mold design, providing professional insights and requirements.
• Engage in drawing review sessions before manufacturing, clearly defining key processing points and special workpiece manufacturing techniques.
• Contribute to the formulation of mold production plans, coordinating efforts across various departments (including outsourced processing) to ensure molds are completed on schedule, with quality, and in specified quantities.
• Participate in the review of engineering mold modification plans, ensuring timely completion of mold repairs.
• Monitor and drive the achievement of KPI targets for the mold manufacturing department.
• Strengthen the mold manufacturing team’s capabilities, fostering a highly efficient, high-quality, and highly motivated team.
• Familiarity with equipment from leading brands such as Charmilles, Agie, and Makino is highly valued.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates in mold design, mechanical engineering, or materials control disciplines.
• Over eight years of relevant work experience in the automotive electronics precision injection mold industry, with at least five years in mold production management. Must possess a deep understanding of the entire mold manufacturing process.
• Proficient in the complete mold manufacturing workflow and familiar with various types of mold processing equipment.
• Possess a strong professional mold technical background and be knowledgeable about the TS16949 quality management system.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in team management and process management, coupled with sharp strategic acumen and strong problem-solving abilities.

职位描述

电脉冲慢走丝坐标磨汽车电子模具生产计划制定KPI管理精密注塑模具制造

岗位职责：

1. 负责模具制造部门管理的全面工作，包含电脉冲、慢走丝、加工中心、光学曲线磨、坐标磨等；
2. 负责参与模具设计前可行性分析会议，提出专业性意见和要求；
3. 参与下图前图纸评审，明确出模具加工制作要点和特殊工件制作工艺；
4. 参与模具生产计划制定，协调各个部门（包含委外加工）工作确保模具能够按计划保质保量完成；
5. 参与工程改模计划评审，确保模具修模能按时完成；
6. 关注模具制造部门KPI要求，推动KPI指标达成；
7. 加强模具制造团队队伍建设，打造出高效的高质量的高战斗力的团队。

设备类型：夏米尔、阿奇、牧野等。

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，模具类、机械类、材控类专业优先；
2. 八年以上汽车电子精密注塑模具行业相关工作经验，五年以上模具生产管理经验，熟悉整个模具制造流程；
3. 精通模具制造全流程，熟悉各类模具加工设备；
4. 专业的模具技术背景，熟悉了解TS16949质量管理体系；
5. 拥有丰富的团队管理、流程管理经验，较强的策略敏锐性及解决问题的能力。
