Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Equipment Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Kashi, Xinjiang. This role involves comprehensive maintenance and repair of various classes of medical devices, including Class I, Class II, Class III medical devices, and medical consumables. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of critical hospital equipment and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technical department.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the performance targets set by the technical department.
• Execute repair and maintenance tasks according to the technical manager’s assignments, strictly adhering to established service procedures.
• Respond to 400 hotline repair requests based on the superior’s schedule, following the defined 400 repair process.
• Provide assistance to colleagues in completing equipment repair and maintenance.
• Perform testing and repair of all company spare parts, adhering to the spare parts testing plan.
• Continuously learn about the company’s technical service equipment and actively participate in case studies and discussions to enhance personal technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Automation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in the same industry, with familiarity with the hospital working environment.
• Demonstrated experience in medical equipment maintenance, with proficiency in at least one specific area of equipment repair, such as:
  • Life support systems (e.g., respiratory, anesthesia, monitoring equipment)
  • Hemodialysis equipment
  • General radiography and ultrasound equipment
• Ability to work regularly in a hospital environment.

工作内容：

1. 完成技术部工作指标；
2. 根据技术经理的派工计划，进行维修、保养工作，严格按照工程师服务流程执行；
3. 根据上级的排班，受理400报修，按照400报修流程执行；
4. 协助他人完成设备维修、保养；
5. 对公司所有备件进行检测、维修，按照备件测试计划表执行；
6. 不定期学习公司技术服务的设备，并进行案例分享讨论，提升个人技术能力。

任职要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，生物医学工程、医学影像、自动化等专业；
2. 同行业维修经验3年以上，熟悉医院的工作环境；
3. 医疗设备维修经验，至少擅长其中的某一项的设备维修，如生命支持类：呼吸麻醉监护，血透类、普放超声类等；
4. 常驻医院的工作环境。
