We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Industrial Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong interest in financial markets, particularly in securities and futures, who is eager to contribute to robust research and strategic support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of commodity research frameworks, actively tracing industry information, and conducting in-depth research into upstream and downstream segments of commodity value chains.
• Monitor and analyze fluctuations in global macro asset prices, assessing the valuation status of various asset classes, identifying key market trading logics, and uncovering the dominant factors influencing current price changes.
• Maintain real-time awareness of dynamic changes and trends within the industry.
• Undertake training, promotion, and high-end client research and development services related to assigned commodity types, assisting in the cultivation of industrial clients.
• Enhance the conversion of investment research outcomes, providing strategic support for the company’s asset management, risk management, and other business operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Investment, Mathematical Analysis, or a related field.
• Possess excellent quantitative analysis and logical reasoning abilities, demonstrating rigorous thinking and clarity of thought.
• Be diligent and meticulous, with strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
• Exhibit a profound passion for the financial industry.
• Preferential consideration will be given to candidates holding professional qualifications such as Futures Practitioner Qualification, Futures Investment Advisory Qualification, or Fund Practitioner Qualification.

专业证券/期货

岗位职责:

1. 学习熟悉品种研究框架，追踪行业信息，深入研究品种产业链上下游；
2. 跟踪及分析国内外大类资产价格变动，把握各类资产的估值状态，梳理市场主要交易逻辑，发掘现阶段价格变化的主导因素及其影响，能够及时把握产业动态变化趋势；
3. 负责相关品种的培训、推介和高端客户研发服务，协助开发产业客户；
4. 加强投研成果转化，为公司资产管理、风险管理等业务提供策略支持。

任职要求:

1. 本科以上学历，金融学、经济学、投资学、数学分析等相关专业者优先；
2. 具备良好的数理分析、逻辑推断能力，思维严谨，思路清晰；
3. 踏实、认真，具备较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，对金融行业充满热情；
4. 有期货从业资格、期货投资咨询资格、基金从业资格者优先考虑。
