Account Manager (New Media)

Salary Range: 7K-12K/month

Location: Nanning

Responsibilities

• Responsible for online sales of new media advertising resources, actively expanding new customers, and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
• Responsible for the execution and fulfillment of new media advertising projects, ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for market research and analysis, mastering industry dynamics and competitor information, and providing market feedback to the company.
• Collaborate with the operations team to jointly develop promotional plans for new media products, enhance brand awareness and market share.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with professional knowledge related to new media, marketing, advertising, etc., preferred.
• Enthusiastic about the new media industry, with some understanding of mainstream new media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Bilibili), digital advertising, and online marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to independently complete sales tasks. Possess strong learning ability, self-motivation, and task-oriented drive.
• Possess strong pressure resistance and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Possess good professional ethics and a strong sense of responsibility, able to adhere to company values and business principles.
• Candidates with experience in new media operations/sales, advertising company sales, or excellent graduates are preferred.

岗位职责

• 负责新媒体广告资源的线上销售工作，积极开拓新客户，并维护老客户的长期合作关系。
• 负责新媒体广告项目的执行与落地，确保项目质量和客户满意度。
• 负责市场调研与分析，掌握行业动态及竞争对手信息，并及时向公司反馈市场情况。
• 协同运营团队，共同制定新媒体产品的推广方案，提升品牌知名度及市场占有率。
• 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，新媒体、市场营销、广告学等相关专业知识背景者优先。
• 热爱新媒体行业，对主流新媒体平台（如微信、抖音、快手、小红书、微博、B站等）、数字广告、网络营销有一定了解。
• 具备优秀的沟通、表达和谈判能力，能独立完成销售任务。具备较强的学习能力，自我驱动力强，目标感强。
• 具备较强抗压能力和团队协作精神，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
• 具备良好的职业操守和责任心，能坚守公司价值观和业务准则。
• 有新媒体运营/销售经验、广告公司销售经验者或优秀应届生优先。
