Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall planning and introduction of mass production cell line equipment.
• Responsible for establishing the equipment management system, setting equipment management objectives, and devising plans.
• Approve equipment procurement, selection, acceptance, idle status, transfer, and scrap processes. Provide final approval for scrap equipment and waste material disposal procedures.
• Manage overall cost control, including equipment operating efficiency, equipment failure rate, maintenance costs, energy and water utilization rates, and completion rates of equipment modification projects.
• Responsible for establishing and comprehensively managing the equipment team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with practical skills in equipment installation, commissioning, and modification. Understanding of principles for non-standard equipment development and modification.
• Over 5 years of experience in equipment management within large-scale lithium battery factories, and over 2 years of team management experience.
• Possess strong goal orientation and project management experience.
• Experience in factory setup and new production line construction.

工作职责

1. 负者电芯量产拉线设备导入整体规划统筹，并负责建立设备管理体系制度，设备管理目标及规划；
2. 负责设备采购选型、验收、闲置、调拨、报废的审批，并对报废设备和废旧物资处理流程进行最终批准；
3. 对成本的整体控制，包括 设备运行效率、设备故障率、 维修费用、 能耗及水利用率、 设备改造项目完成率等；
4. 负责设备团队的建立及统筹管理。

任职资格

1. 本科以上学历，具有设备安装调试、改造的相关实践技能，了解非标设备的开发、改造原理；
2. 具有5年以上大型锂电池厂设备管理工作工作经验，2年以上团队管理经验
3. 具有良好的目标导向及项目管理经验；
4. 具有建厂及新拉线搭建工作经验者。
