Financing Supervisor

Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 RMB/month + 13th-month salary

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning and improvement of the company’s finance department operations and systems.
• Oversee tax and accounting management, and lead the implementation of bank financing initiatives.
• Manage the daily operations of the finance department, including cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
• Analyze cost control for ongoing company projects and profitability for various projects; conduct preliminary evaluations for proposed investment projects and provide expert recommendations.
• Organize departmental training and contribute to the development of the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills. Must be a Jiangxi household registrant or have stable current residency in Jiangxi.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university, with a major in finance or a related field.
• Minimum of eight years of comprehensive financial operation experience, with at least three years of management experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with national tax laws and policies, corporate financial management knowledge, and proficient in using UFIDA financial software.
• Capable of developing appropriate financial management processes and standards based on the company’s business operations, rationally planning the company’s tax burden, effectively controlling financial risks, and managing company financing in line with capital requirements.

岗位职责：

1. 负责公司财务部工作的安排及制度完善。
2. 负责公司税务处理、账务处理的管理以及银行融资等工作的开展。
3. 负责财务部日常的管理工作，跨部门的沟通和协助等工作。
4. 对公司在建项目成本管控以及各项目盈利情况的分析，对公司拟投资项目的前期考察并给出合理建议。
5. 组织部门人员的学习，以及财务团队的建设等。

任职要求：

1. 具备良好的沟通能力，江西户籍或者稳定的现居住地在江西；
2. 统招本科及以上，财务相关专业；
3. 八年以上财务全盘操作经验，三年以上同岗位管理经验；
4. 熟悉国家各项税收法规政策，熟悉企业财务管理知识，熟悉用友财务软件。
5. 根据公司经营的业务，制定相应的财务管理流程及规范，合理筹划公司税负率，有效控制公司财务风险，结合公司资金需求，做好公司融资工作。
