Job Title: Corporate Projects Development and Support Specialist (Internal Operations)

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 CNY per month (15-month salary)

Location: Guangzhou, Tianhe District, Pearl River New City

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above

Job Responsibilities:

• Activity Planning: Based on the needs of corporate business development and operations, plan and coordinate activities targeting new and existing clients.
• Client Visit Support: Accompany responsible personnel in visits to corporate clients, identify client needs, and provide necessary client visit materials.
• Project Support: Provide professional support and empowerment during project development, including policy interpretation, demand analysis, and solution proposals.
• Internal Training Organization: Coordinate and organize internal training sessions to effectively enhance the professional skills of the business team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Prior experience in bank wealth management or corporate (B2B) business is preferred.
• Experience in high-net-worth client accompaniment or marketing planning is preferred.
• Possess strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

岗位职责：

1. 活动策划：基于对公业务开拓和经营的需求，统筹策划面向新、老客户的活动。
2. 拜访陪同：陪同负责人参与拜访对公客户，挖掘客户需求，提供客户拜访资料。
3. 项目支持：在项目开拓中，提供政策解读、需求分析、解决方案等专业的支持和赋能。
4. 组织培训：统筹组织内部培训，有效提升业务团队的专业技能。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 有银行理财、对公经验优先，高客陪访、营销策划等相关经验者优先。
3. 具备较强的文案写作能力和沟通表达能力。
4. 可以接受出差。
