Forklift Operator (with Meal Subsidies & Commercial Insurance)

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack, and retrieve materials within our facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (including special equipment) for loading, unloading, stacking, and transporting goods.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of forklifts to ensure proper working condition.
• Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience operating forklifts.
• Possession of a valid Special Equipment Operator Certificate for Forklift Drivers is required.
• Familiarity with various types of forklifts and their operation.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
