Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily management tasks, leading employees to enforce company rules and regulations, and ensuring daily work content is planned, implemented, followed up, and achieves results.
• Responsible for the daily arrangement and inspection of meal service operations.
• Responsible for the attendance management and supervision of floor staff.
• Promptly track food quality and service conditions, lead and supervise service personnel, actively gather customer feedback, and understand customer dining experiences.
• Provide timely work training for floor employees.
• Organize service staff to clean up after meal service, tidy up tables, and maintain a clean and pleasant restaurant environment.

Qualifications:

• High school education or above, with a presentable image and good temperament.
• Possess relevant catering work experience in the same industry.
• Proficient in basic computer operation skills.
• Experience in leading a team.

职位描述

楼面经理餐饮服务

岗位职责：

1. 协助总经理完成日常的管理工作，带领员工执行公司规章制度，对日常的工作内容有安排，有落实，有跟进，有结果。
2. 负责每日的开餐工作安排，检查。
3. 负责楼面人员的考勤安排际监督。
4. 及时跟踪出品和服务情况，对服务员岗位带领及监督，及时了解顾客用餐体验及主动收集客户信息。
5. 对楼面员工按时工作培训。
6. 及时组织服务员餐后工作清洁，整理餐桌归位，保持餐厅整洁，环境良好。

任职资格：

1. 高中以上文化程度，形象气质佳。
2. 同行业有一定餐饮工作经验；
3. 熟练基本电脑技能操作；
4. 有带领团队工作的经验。
