Job Title: Community Financial Services Advisor (Weekend Off + Comprehensive Benefits)

Salary: 7,000 – 14,000 RMB/month

Location: Zhongmou County, Zhengzhou

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Financial Services Advisor. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build long-term relationships with existing clients and contribute to their financial well-being. You will work within a supportive environment, focusing on client retention and expansion, leveraging a wide range of financial products and services from a leading financial group.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service existing client relationships, addressing their inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Utilize provided client resources (name, phone, address) within designated community grids for efficient client engagement.
• Facilitate “secondary development” by identifying and converting existing clients’ needs for new or renewed products/services based on their financial goals.
• Leverage a comprehensive suite of financial products including annuities (wealth management), loans, savings, credit cards, trusts, funds, education, elder care, and health & wellness offerings, as well as online marketplace services.
• Conduct client interactions using company-provided tools, including tablets and online exclusive seats for lead collection.
• Participate in client appreciation events or product seminars to introduce and explain relevant financial solutions.
• Focus on relationship building and service excellence, with sales opportunities arising from client needs rather than cold calling new clients.

Qualifications:

• Age between 25-45 years old.
• Associate degree (大专) or higher.
• Prior experience in sales or the financial industry is preferred.
• Possess a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate integrity and a strong capacity for learning.

【工作内容】

服务维护+二次开发转化

入职配备平板电脑，安排线上专属坐席线上互动，收集线索。

针对已购产品客户做好维护，解答客户问题。无需开发新客户，我们做好老客户维系和服务的基础上进行二次开发。

【薪资待遇】

底薪3900-5100+高提成+高额奖金+月奖+季奖+福利
