Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Business Bid Specialists to join our dynamic team. This is a crucial role for professionals who can independently manage and complete tender document preparation across various industries. Our company, soon to be renamed Liaoning Zhengming Bid Document Preparation Co., Ltd., is not a printing service; we specialize in comprehensive bid and tender solutions. We value responsibility, patience, and meticulous attention to detail. Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

Independently complete the preparation of national tender documents.
Ensure all bid submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for bids.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality in all bid-related activities.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in tender document preparation.
Proficiency in preparing bids for national projects is essential.
Exceptional sense of responsibility, patience, and meticulousness.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Junior College (Associate’s Degree) or higher.
Ability to work full-time.
Only experienced professionals will be considered; this position is not suitable for entry-level candidates.
