Responsibilities

• Responsible for establishing, building, and operating the foundational architecture of user communities.
• Execute community operations focusing on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of community initiatives.
• Lead the definition of community value, content strategy, and atmosphere cultivation, aiming to build a high-quality community circle.
